Management Suite
Here you will find the team who ensure the Centre runs smoothly. They are always on hand to answer your queries, complaints or concerns. They can give you information about the Centre and issue Radar Keys for using the disabled toilets.
Should you be looking for lost property, this is also the place you should come to. All stores within the Centre, except for Bentalls Department Store, log lost property with the Management Suite. All items are kept for one month by which time if they haven’t been claimed they will be donated to a local charity.
