The Bentall Centre is designed to be easily accessible for everyone. All the stores and facilities have ramps and wide doors for wheelchair access and every level is connected by lift. There are special toilet facilities for the disabled located on the second floor. To use these you'll need a Radar Key which can be purchased from the management suite or a member of security will be able to give you access. To make your shopping trip as easy as possible, The Bentall Centre offers shopping assistance. Just contact the stores you wish to visit in advance and they'll prepare your items in advance.
