Disabled Access

The Bentall Centre is designed to be easily accessible for everyone. All the stores and facilities have wide doors for wheelchair access and every level is connected by several lifts and escalators.

There are special toilet facilities for the disabled located on the second floor. To use these you will need a Radar Key which can be purchased from the management suite, or a member of security or our cleaning team will be able to give you access.

To make your shopping trip as easy as possible, The Bentall Centre offers shopping assistance. Just contact the stores you wish to visit in advance and they'll prepare your items beforehand. Phone numbers can be found on the individual stores pages.
