The office for Car Park A is situated on level 8 adjacent to the lifts, and in Seven Kings the office is on the Ground Floor parking level next to the pay machines. Car park management and supervisors are available during shopping hours in the office, and in addition, car park officers are always available to offer advice, information and assistance. They are easily recognisable in their Bentall Centre uniforms and are continually on patrol around the car parks.
